I had taken my dress for alterations to another shop in St. Louis and upon pick up, it was stained where they placed the bustle - they pretty much shooed me away, told me to take a bit of water to it, and wished me good luck (it was insane as it sounds). She told me to bring the dress on in and they all worked diligently for days until it was back in PERFECT condition! I could’ve cried. Everyone was beyond helpful, extremely friendly, funny - these are truly amazing people.
